Relaxation Tip

One way I like to cope with stress is by either simply sitting outside in my backyard or to go on a short hike in the nearby woods, if accessible of course. I like to find a spot to sit, close my eyes and use my other senses to feel the nature around me. Its a great way to relax and become included in nature. Take a few moments each week to sit outside , feel the warm sunshine on your face. Listen to the various types of chirping birds in the distance. Or the gentle flow of a nearby stream. Take in a few breaths to smell the wet grass or pine from the trees that surround you. This is one way to relax the mind and enjoy nature, I have no links for this relation tip because it is what I have been doing my whole life and I find it to be very useful.
