This GS-0855-12 position is located in the Electronic Systems Development Division (AFLCMC/XZC) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The candidate will conduct early systems engineering and concept development activities in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems programs. Candidate will conduct engineering analysis and technical planning activities to support investment decisions for materiel development that meet operational needs. Candidate will conduct trade space evaluation of emerging capability needs, conduct system-of-systems assessments, and identify and assess technology maturity and risk drivers. Candidate will interface with other Air Force, DoD agencies, MAJCOMs, Air Staff, industry, academia, and research laboratories such as Requirements, Science and Technology, Systems Engineering, and Intelligence.
