System Technician–
South Lee, Massachusetts
Reporting to the Director of IT/IS, the Systems Technician will participate in all areas
of the Company’s IT infrastructure in a small office/manufacturing environment .
50% – Network administration and security/ Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange
30% – Maintain hardware and provide end user support for PCs/ Laptops/ Printers/
Avaya IP Office and iPhone.
20% – SQL database administration
All responsibilities tie a department objective of having the right resources, on-theready,
resulting in 24/7 up-time.
Candidates must have 3 or more years strongly related experience including at least
least one year of desktop support and SQL.
Success factors for this role will include strong problem solving, communication, and
organizational skills.
Candidates should show a commitment to continuing learning such as current
Microsoft IT certifications.
