FILM PRODUCTION I
An Introductory Non-Credit Workshop

This introduction to film and video production provides a foundation in the principles, techniques and equipment involved in a production – from script to final edit. Students will write, produce, direct and edit individual short projects as well as participate in group projects.
No previous experience in film production needed.
Digital cameras or phones can be used for filming, but are not required.
Open to all 16 years+
Class size is limited.
Instructor: Erica Spizz
Erica Spizz is a talented filmmaker and teacher. She was the Operations Manager at Community Television for the Southern Berkshires. In addition to her experience in producing, directing and camera work, Erica is also an Apple certified professional in Final Cut Pro X. Her documentary short
Sweet Soil about small farms in the Berkshires was broadcast nationally on PBS. Erica holds a masters in Philanthropy and Media.
