Busy doughnut shop looking for an assistant baker to work overnight hours. Mixing dough, hand cutting doughnuts, proofing and frying and clean-up. Reliablity, references and own transportation a must. This position is intended to lead to a Doughnut Baker position. Some commercial kitchen experience is preferred, especially with yeast raised products, but will train the properly motivated individual with strong work ethics and interest in baking.
