Store Supervisor Position

Job Responsibilities
• Processing and replenish merchandise; receive and monitoring floor stock. Manage
weekly Inventory audits.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing,
and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash
and deposit accountabilities at POS registers. Handle cash deposits, by maintaining
their accuracy and depositing cash every 3rd day.
• Recruit, hire and train new employees on all functions of Diamond Wireless. Along
with counseling sessions and or write ups of store employees.
• Manage employee schedules, employee time cards on a daily/weekly basis.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager, Sales Associates, Corporate
office Staff and Directors.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain acceptable sales performance by attaining store sales quotas

Wireless Sales Consultant – Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
• Keeping the store clean and organized
• Ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked
• Assisting with returns, exchanges, etc.
• Performing inventory counts
• Preparing bank deposits
• Managing the cash drawer

As a Wireless Sales Consultant for Diamond Wireless, you must stay abreast of new
technological developments in the industry. You must also be computer literate, understanding
how to run Windows applications, navigate the internet and efficiently use Microsoft Office
programs. POS System experience is a plus.
-Additional responsibilities for the Wireless Sales Consultant include:
-Keeping the store clean and organized
-Ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked
-Assisting with returns, exchanges, etc.
-Performing inventory counts
-Managing the cash drawer
-Preparing bank deposits
-Additional requirements of the Wireless Sales Consultant include:
-High School diploma; some college experience, a plus
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time
-Bilingual (Spanish), a plus
