Billing & Collections Manager
The Billing & Collections Manager provides leadership and day-to-day oversight in the administration of all components of billing, accounts receivable, and cash application processing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness of assigned functions.
Accounting Intern
The Accounting Intern works directly with the Accounting team in several areas of finance. This full-time internship runs from June 2014 through May 2015, and requires a commitment of 40 hours/week during the summer and 12-15 hours/week during the academic semester.
Supplier Support Representative
The Supplier Support Representative drives supplier onboarding and provides customer support for CommerceHub’s product management system.
Partner Setup Specialist
The Partner Setup Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to onboarding OrderStream partners. You’ll act as the project manager for new connections, and work with partners from the beginning of the sales process until the account/relationship is released to production. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for specific retailer onboarding pipelines and related reporting. This position reports to the Partner Setup Supervisor.
Vendor Support Representative
As a Vendor Support Representative, you’ll provide our supplier partners with production support for the OrderStream application, as well as providing backup production support for retailer partners.
Software Operations Analyst
The Software Operations Support team is responsible for the daily operation, system health monitoring, and exception analysis of CommerceHub’s production applications environment. The Software Operations Support team is strategically positioned as both a technical service provider for customer facing departments, and a prevention, remediation, and refinement analysis provider for the software development and business process modeling teams.
Marketing Communications Manager
We are establishing an agile marketing organization that will support the company’s organizational goals; the Marketing Communications Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing and serves as a vital member and team leader. The team member is expected to develop and execute programs, and assist in the hiring and managing of a content marketing team.
Inside Sales Executive
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for creating interest and selling CommerceHub solutions – specifically the BuySpace product – via outbound sales contact (phone, email) with drop ship suppliers. You’ll identify decision makers, engage in a consultative sales approach, understand the supplier’s business model, provide a BuySpace value proposition that’s relevant to their business, and close the sale. Prospecting and negotiation skills are a must!
E-Commerce Category Manager
The E-Commerce Category Manager grows CommerceHub’s footprint in various categories, such as Shoes, Apparel, Accessories, Appliances, Electronics, Entertainment, Baby, Kids, Toys & Crafts, and Home & Office. You’ll work directly with the largest online retailers in North America to define merchandising strategies and tactics, and to connect with existing or new suppliers and sellers on the CommerceHub network to find new business opportunities online via the drop ship program.
