Reporting to the Director of Information Technology/Information Systems, The Systems Technician will contribute to all areas of the Company’s IT infrastructure, including SQL DB management and Microsoft small business network administration and security. Provides support and training to end users in PCs/Laptops/Printers/VOIP and Cisco systems, as well as, Mobile Phone support.  All responsibilities tie a department objective of having the right resources, on-the-ready, resulting in 24/7 uptime.

Minimum qualifications for this position are one year experience in desktop support plus the completion of an associate’s degree in a computer sciences related field or two years of related experience. Additionally, the systems technician must be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comp TIA Network+ / A+ certifications are preferred.
