Our services include management and maintenance of our facilities as well as coordinating community supports and resident services for our tenants.  We maintain waiting lists for all of our properties. Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority

Construct, Inc. (South County)

Construct has over 80 permanent, affordable housing options in south Berkshire County, plus 10 units of transitional housing that prioritize individuals coming out of homelessness. Construct also provides emergency funds, rental assistance, and microloans to cover security deposits, fuel bills, utility bills and other housing-related costs. Focusing on providing assistance to those who would otherwise become homeless or who are transitioning away from homelessness, Construct works closely with many community partners. North Adams Housing Authority (NHA)

Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) click here

From PHA website: PHA owns and administers public housing for over 200 families and more than 400 individual tenants. Our Public Housing Developments are designed to be a vital asset to our community. The units are affordable to the people we serve.

PHA Section 8 Program: The Housing Choice Voucher program (also known as Section 8) is a partnership between PHA, the families who are prospective tenants and the owners of rental property in the community. We are available to explain and offer information about the program to current and future landlords and families. We are responsible to HUD for monitoring program performance and compliance of tenants and owners. To achieve this goal, we: maintain waiting lists, conduct criminal and sex offender checks of prospective tenants, conduct interviews with prospective tenants for the Housing Choice program. We also: inspect and certify that the rental units meet minimum standards of health and safety, and determine fair market rents and portion of rent that tenant will be required to pay.
