Job Summary: Join the Clark’s summer crew and be part of an exciting summer at the Clark. As member of our summer crew, you’ll be a front-line ambassador welcoming visitors to explore the Clark’s world-renowned collection, exceptional special exhibitions, and a wide array of public programs for visitors of all ages.

About the role: You will be a fundamental part of our visitor experience and help manage our busy museum campus. Your responsibilities will range from hospitality, admissions, and membership sales to wayfinding and information, guest transport and parking management, and event support. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and fantastic people skills are essential qualifications. Candidates who can commit to the majority of the summer (through Labor Day) will be given preference.

About you: As a gregarious, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual, you love to share your knowledge and you’ll take pride in making sure your visitors are as awed by their experience as they are by the fantastic art and architecture. You must be reliable and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, customer-service environment. You can perform a wide array of audience and engagement roles that may include sales, guest services, and traffic control. You have a working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs and an aptitude to quickly learn ticketing and database programs.
