Job Description: The administrative assistant provides administrative and financial management support to support services and permanent housing leadership as well as the executive director. The ideal candidate supports the organization’s mission while remaining focused on their administrative role. This is a new position averaging 8-12 hours a week to start with room for increased hours, advancement and added responsibilities within the first year for the right candidate. Hours can be flexible to accommodate other employment. $14-17 per hour to start

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Quickbooks, processing invoices, receive and prepare payments, basic account reconciliation
- Manages Representative Payee program, receiving payments, writing checks and balancing accounts for 11 individuals
- Proficient in Office Suite, basic data entry, filing and other standard administrative tasks
- Able to work independently and travel to different worksites in Great Barrington & Stockbridge
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish and English speaker preferred
- Strong boundaries and ability to manage confidential information
- Knowledge of south Berkshire County communities and resources a plus
