The Cornell Inn, a larger historic B&B in Lenox, MA is seeking a part-time chef, (20-25hrs/week) during May through November. The job involves creating numerous dishes, cooking items to order based on guests’ dietary needs and working under high-volume/fast-paced conditions. Previous restaurant cooking experience required.  This position has shifts during the week, week-ends, and holidays. Must have neat appearance, clean record and reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S.

We will train the right person.  Our ideal candidate will have previous food & sanitation knowledge, (Serv Safe Certified is a plus), a general familiarity with how kitchens function, someone with a great attitude, a desire to learn, with a proven track record of longevity and positive employment history.
