Input data from time sheets to computerized payroll system. Responsible for balancing payroll runs, answering employee questions and troubleshooting issues. 40 hours per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Input and processing of bi-weekly payroll in calculation and input of certain payroll deductions, review and input of certain payroll deductions, review and input of time sheets, preparation and checking of payroll time sheet batches, and calculation and input (when necessary) of pay adjustments and retro-active pay increases.
2. Maintain confidentiality.
3. Maintain payroll record files.
4. Team builder, supporter, and player with integrity and loyalty. Dedication to serving the organization’s goals and mission.
5. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with clients, customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
6. Maintain acceptable attendance record.
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. ADP, Excel and Computer experienced preferred.
2. Good with numbers
3. Knowledge of electronic time sheets.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. TB screen (negative result).
