Currently looking for computer savvy individuals who can do both remote and onsite desk support of computer systems. MAC, Windows Workstation, Windows Server, Cisco, Sonicwall, Netgear systems knowledge a plus. Need someone who can self start, has good troubleshooting skills, and will communicate well with clients. Candidate will interact will clients as well as upper level support and vendor support services to resolve issues on client networks. Great on the job training opportunity. Must have transportation, access to a computer for remote support sessions, and reasonable internet access.
