Job Description:
- Work under the Superintendent to oversee the production of multiple foremen and crews
- Coordinate, implement, and supervise all phases of installation on assigned projects
- Instruct, evaluate, and train employees to perform landscape construction installation and adhere to company policies and safety practices
- Communicate project needs with clients, subcontractors, and employees regarding scheduling, ordering, changes, site conditions, etc. throughout the duration of the project
- Develop & maintain good working relations with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire project
- Attend weekly departmental meetings
- Maintain efficiency and quality for every project
- Lead by example and encourage teamwork
Requirements:
- Prior Supervisor or Manager experience
- MUST be able to read tape measure to the nearest 1/32 of an inch
- Detail oriented Positive attitude a MUST!
- Must have good attendance & excellent work ethic
- Solid work history a must
