Hello my name is Lauren but I also go by Koda Blu. I am an ever changing multi faceted artist and aspiring writer for environmental issues. My driving force is lead by my desire to create change and be my own truth. My art consists of self exploration into body painting, drawing, and handmade wire wrapped jewelry. My performing art is somatic release infused and consists of vocals, string instrumentals, music production and sound healing with vibration and frequencies.

Currently I am in college to graduate in 2023 with an associates degree in Liberal arts and I have decided to focus on my writing, researching and literature abilities. I have a keen intent on being a part of global warming awareness efforts and I wish to be a journalist bridge for environmental and political aspects so we can gain momentum for a sustainable future. I am still discovering new parts of myself and this summer I have 2 months off from my job as a school bus driver to truly dive in, manifest, and actualize my output and goals for myself. I believe one must make time to meditate on their true purpose to really know what they are meant to do in this lifetime and as someone like me who has many interests and modalities it takes time to understand and to cultivate this new updated version of self. What I do know is that I want it all for myself and I call this being a free agent entrepreneur. I believe with the right mindset I will continue to unveil the different ways all of my modalities can come together in a syncopation, to bring to fruition my purpose with clarity and be able to thrive financially.
