This job involves tabling at storefronts, festivals, trade shows, concerts, and sporting events.

Position Description:

• Arrive at selling locations in your area as scheduled with provided sales materials.
• Set up a table inside or outside a retail store or event for 4 to 8 hours on scheduled work days.

• Sign up prospects who show interest in Green Mountain Energy® electricity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Professional, customer-focused candidates who enjoy interacting with people.
• Outreach, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Elizabeth Freeman Center seeks an energetic, responsible person to serve as receptionist at our Pittsfield office.  Part-time position (20 hours: 1-5pm M-F) available immediately.  Receptionist answers phone and greets clients, does clerical work, and maintains calm in a busy environment.

Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and successfully pass Criminal Record Check-CORI.  Additional hours as shelter relief possible for the right candidate.
