Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift):

This position requires at least a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (10+ years experience preferred) or at least apprenticed in a technical trade with 10 years experience in machine tool applications, performing industrial equipment repairs, and working with PM programs. The position requires at least a high school diploma, high school level math and measurement skills, willingness to work on computer technology, organizational skills and a systematic approach to problem definition and solution development. The position requires effective communication skills, written and verbal, plus skills to work on a project and maintenance team to effectively execute a project and troubleshoot a problem area. Experience following safety procedures and wearing PPE in a manufacturing environment.

Tender (Night Shift):

High School diploma, high school math and measurement skills, willingness to work on computer technology, and have an understanding of how information reporting through computer software has an impact on decisions.

Ability to work 12 hour shifts in a routine schedule including Saturdays and Sundays and overtime (mandatory and voluntary) as business demands require.

This position will act as a role model, promote an injury free work environment through direct involvement and leadership in all aspects of the HESS Process. This position is responsible and accountable for all production-related functions in two separate facilities. Act as a mentor and assure competent training is in place and reviewed for all production employees. Be a good communicator between shop floor, management, and all other related departments. Promote Continuous Improvement and develop action plans for increased capacity, cost reduction savings, and teamwork. Review all employees without bias and develop plans to increase job performance individually.   High School Diploma minimum. Prefer College Bachelor degree. Five years related experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Dish room supervisor

Material Handler

NARA is in need of Material Handlers to remove records from the Federal Records Center shelving and stack them on pallets for disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate containers
  • Remove containers from shelving, check for missing and/or charged out containers, and empty locations immediately
  • Place containers on streamliners in order, facing the same direction and with transfer numbers visible
  • Initial report and hand over documentation
  • Move records to Designated Disposal Review Area
  • Stack the records on pallet(s)

 

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Warehouse experience desired
  • Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb ladders to reach shelving up to 14 feet high
