to join our Quality and Materials team. The selected candidate will implement and execute quality
processes to ensure that output meets customer and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance

Specific responsibilities will include:

 Completing Job Checkout tasks in ERP system; and coordinating release of production jobs;
 Completing Certificates of Compliance and/or Certificates of Analysis, as well as applicable data
analysis for outgoing shipments;
 Using electronic document management and quality records system to assist in creation/revision
of production work instructions, production forms, and item directory forms;
 Planning and executing a schedule to inspect in-process materials, in-process checks and quality
line audits, focusing on areas of improvement, where applicable;
 Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to address internal or supplier
non-conformances and customer complaints, ensuring that corrective activities are implemented
and documented.
 Supporting and participating in Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives.
 Guiding and training employees on work methods to achieve desired level of quality and output;
and which meet customer requirements, specifications and expectations.

Qualifications
 College degree or postsecondary certificate in a related field.
 Up to three years’ experience in a quality assurance/quality control role in an industrial setting
 Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
 Ability to relay technical information with individuals and teams all levels of the organization
 Ability to identify issues, determine root cause, and implement solutions.
 Ability to prioritize work, remain focused and organized and work at a high level of detail
 Fosters relationships across all lines of the company.

Assessment Stabilization Case Manager
The Assessment Stabilization Case Manager shall be responsible for initial contact with households presenting for services either via the telephone, e-mail, mail or in-person and perform an initial needs based assessment on said households; he/she shall be responsible for coordinating needs with available financial assistance and other social service resources. He/she shall be responsible for the implementation of initial, and when appropriate, in-depth screening and assessments of all referred customer households. Said assessment process may include the development of a comprehensive household self-sufficiency plan. They shall also be responsible for keeping accurate confidential files for each customer intake; maintaining a computer database with pertinent information on current and potential customers; providing information to customers on all internal and external programs and resources; and making appropriate referrals to internal staff and external resources. In addition, the Case Manager shall provide supervisors, and other designee with all information needed for required reports and assist said parties in the preparation of all required reports including any reporting or data entry required through program software systems. The Life Skills Instructor/Advocate is a professional support position with responsibilities to provide positive behavioral interventions for children and adults with varying disabilities through direct care work. The instructor will work with team members to develop and implement individual goals/ objectives and track behavior data information. The instructor will instruct individuals in functional reading, writing and life skills through the use of a variety of assistive technology devices, to assist students in achieving their life skills and educational goals. The instructor will compile and input all data to be submitted in timely reports. The advocate is responsible to implement the Social Skills Program during school vacation and for creating and implementing monthly programs for individuals and families in our children’s program. Previous experience working with Autism is preferred, as is experience with behavior management or implementing behavior plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service and/or Psychology with a minimum two years successful work in a human service field
• The ability to work a flexible work schedule in order to accommodate the needs of consumers
• Specific skill based competencies are required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job; these include analyzing data, effective listening, facilitating meetings, monitoring activities, planning and problem solving and a working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• The knowledge base competencies required are age appropriate activities and behaviors, technical writing, defining issues and drawing conclusions, treatment modalities and assessments
