  • Ability to effectively communicate with and professionally collaborate with Store Manager and store team.
  • Ability to assist the Store Manager as needed with effectively training, supervising and developing a highly qualified store.
  • Maintain brand integrity in all areas of visual displays and customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates.

Process Control Technician

Programmer for mill process control systems including PLCs, DCS, and Drives.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Assist with development of programming controls and safeguards.
  • Participate on teams to help develop processes and process control systems.
  • Short and long term problem resolution on papermaking and control systems.
  • Assist with DCS use, development and system health. Participate in system software upgrades.
  • Assist with process control systems integration and documentation.
  • Provide capital project support as it effects process and control systems.
  • Analyze/Develop/Implement modifications, maintenance and upgrades to the mill’s control and drive systems.
  • Minimize control and drive system downtime.

Position Requirements:

  • Quick learner and eager to learn.
  • Able to work in a team environment with process engineers, electrical & instrument technicians, and operations personnel to troubleshoot and correct process issues.
  • Take direction from supervisor and team members to develop or modify control programs to improve operations.
  • Ensure new programs or program modifications result in the desired outcome through focused attention to detail in programming and robust validation and testing processes.
  • Develop skills and knowledge base of Mill equipment through internal and external training to effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Support weekend execution of program modifications, system upgrades, and equipment start up and check out.
  • Response to off hour call-ins, often without assistance.

Experience, Education and/or Certification Licensure Required:

  • Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related discipline, or
  • 1-2 years’ experience with DCS/PLC/Drive Systems.
  • Demonstrated programming experience required.

Bilingual Case Manager fluent in Spanish based in Pittsfield, MA. Position is 20 hours a week with
potential for full-time in the future. Quality training on immigration procedures and relevant

Responsibilities:

•  Assess client’s immigration and resettlement needs
•  Make referrals and assist clients access necessary services’
•  Manage data collection/prepare reports and ensure confidentiality
