The Town of Lenox is seeking qualified, committed and passionate candidates for the full time position of Youth Services Coordinator at the Lenox Community Center. The position designs and oversees youth programs and provides vital support to the community’s young people. The position also directs the after school program, summer day camp program, and supervises summer program staff.

Completion of academic coursework at the associate’s degree or equivalent level is required.

Bachelor’s degree in recreation, sports management or related field is preferred.

Minimum three years of experience developing programs for youth and/or adults. Training in first aid and CPR must be completed within the first 2 months of employment with the Town. Water safety training is desirable.
A valid driver’s license is required.
