Relief job coaches are needed to assist individuals in maintaining their employment at community based supportive and competitive work sites. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the individuals and the program. Payrate: $10.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide on site supports to individuals with disabilities at a variety of community job-sites throughout Berkshire County.
- Identify areas of needs specific to each individual
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision or in a team setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and a valid drivers license, as well as a reliable automobile.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of the English language
- First Aid Certification or ability to become certified within the probationary period.
