Business Division Account Manager

 

 

 

The L.V. Toole Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for a Business Division Account Manager responsible for servicing a segment of our business clients.  The Account Manager is required to obtain an understanding of the client’s operations, analyze their risks, and recommend insurance product(s) to protect their business. 

Some specific position duties include:

·         Respond to all client inquiries regarding their insurance program including producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items accurately and timely

·         Inform, educate, and assist clients in making appropriate insurance program changes to continually protect their assets and operations

·         Provide communication and support to Account Executives pertaining to their clients

·         Market client’s renewal insurance policies as required to assure the client is receiving the broadest product, a financially strong carrier, and competitive pricing.

·         Process all correspondence electronically via established procedures in the agency management system with accuracy and consistency

·         Innovate to continually improve the quality of service provided to our clients

 

This position requires:
