Construction Supervisor

Job Description :
• Work under the Superintendent to oversee the production of multiple foremen and crews
• Coordinate, implement, and supervise all phases of installation on assigned projects
• Instruct, evaluate, and train employees to perform landscape construction installation and adhere to company policies and safety practices
• Communicate project needs with clients, subcontractors, and employees regarding scheduling, ordering, changes, site conditions, etc. throughout the duration of the project
• Develop & maintain good working relations with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire project
• Attend weekly departmental meetings
• Maintain efficiency and Becker quality for every project
• Lead by example and encourage teamwork

Requirements :

Prior Supervisor or Manager experience
Prior Construction Experience
MUST be able to read tape measure to the nearest 1/32 of an inch
Detail oriented
Positive attitude a MUST!
Must have good attendance & excellent work ethic
Solid work history a must
