Title of Position: Statistician I
Salary: Per AFSCME contract: Grade 15, $746.71/week @ step 1

Responsibilities and Qualifications: (Please see the attached Commonwealth of Massachusetts Human Resources Division Statistician Series Classification Specification and Position Description/Form 30 for more detailed information.)
* Responsibilities: Provide support and assistance to the Institutional Effectiveness department in the research, extraction, organization, formatting, and analysis of data as well as in the generation, preparation, and presentation of data, general and statistical reports, and drafts of correspondence. Provide occasional administrative support to the Director of Grants Development and Management as requested. Perform related work as required.
* Qualifications: At least two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, paraprofessional or technical experience in statistics or statistical research work. A Bachelor’s or higher degree with a major in mathematics or statistics may be substituted for the required experience.
