My name is Anya Lyford. I’m a born and raised resident of Berkshire County, Massachusetts. I am 19 years old and am currently working towards my associate in Liberal arts at Berkshire Community College. In my free time I crochet, hike, paint, and have a hobby for fashion. I have a myriad of interests, which is the main reason I’m in the Liberal Arts program. I am a gifted painter and illustrator, skilled writer, and have a passion for both social and environmental justice.

As of right now, while nearing the end of earning my associate degree in Liberal Arts, I have found the field I want to pursue a career in: sustainable community development. This area of study perfectly encapsulates my interests and talents in aesthetics, environmental, social, and cultural knowledge and justice.
