Adding Instructor to Quickmail

Moodle 2 does not automatically add the instructor to our course’s Quickmail group. This is very easy to do:

  • Navigate to our course(s)
  • Under “Settings,” click “Users” then “Groups”
  • Click on the Group you want to include yourself in
  • Click the “Add/Remove” button at the bottom of the list of students
  • Add instructor name to the list

Continue this same process in all the courses in which you plan to use Quickmail
