It’s fascinating that the ANTICIPATION of doing math produces more anxiety than actually doing it! While not a surprise, it’s also very scary that the article notes how female elementary teachers can transmit their math anxiety to female students. My Master’s thesis was on Science Anxiety of elementary teachers, and it’s a very similar situation.
