Wings Wheels and Warbirds, October 8th

We will be holding our first annual Wings Wheels and Warbirds event here at the Pittsfield Municipal Airport on October 8th 2016. This event consists of a static display of aircraft, automobiles, motorcycles as well as an actual car show held by the Pittsfield Piston Poppers which will benefit Soldier On. We will also be holding a plane pull competition to sponsor the Massachusetts Law Enforcement torch run for Special Olympics. This is a first of its kind to be held in Massachusetts. We will also have a few aircraft flying demonstrations, biplane rides, helicopter rides and hot air balloon tethered rides. We are looking for vendors to participate in our event. It will be held on Saturday from 10am-5pm. We anticipate to have a great turnout for this event(anywhere between 3 and 5 thousand people) as it is peak leaf peeping season here in the beautiful Berkshires. This is our first event to be held at the Airport, so that number could be significantly higher as the word is out and people are talking.  There is a vendor fee of $40 for a 10×10 spot, or $60 for 10×20. Please let us know if you can help in any way. We would love to have you or anyone you might know attend this wonderful community event. I have attached our flyer for your review.
