Our Residential Services program is expanding and we have several new opportunities including nursing positions. The LPN works closely with a 3-4 individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury in a group home setting. The LPN provides various supports and medical treatment outside the scope of responsibilities of direct care staff. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize nursing skills and to have a positive impact on the people supported and to help enable them to live independently and to meet their own personal goals. BFAIR provides full 40 hour training program for all LPN’s.

Qualifications: Must be fully licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as an LPN. Two years’ experience working with the elderly or disabled population is preferred. Ready access to an automobile and a valid driver’s license is also required. Pre-employment physical and TB testing are required for this position. During the course of employment TB testing will be required every 2 years. Driving record checks are conducted annually.
