Full time position to lead a comprehensive Family Resource Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of family and community centered work, excellent organizational and communication skills, significant supervisory experience, and ability to manage data and contract expectations from funding sources. Candidate must have proven ability to connect to resources through formal and informal networks, to partner and collaborate with children, youth, families, and organizations within diverse communities, and to foster community and family leadership. Experience with juvenile justice, public school and child welfare system required. Spanish speaking, connections to communities of color and knowledge of Pittsfield and surrounding communities highly desirable. Competitive salary and benefits.
