Director of Permanency Services (Hadley)

Senior Administrator responsible for overseeing all aspects of BCF’s Adoption and Foster Care services. Responsibilities include clinical and financial management of existing programs and ability to develop new services and programs that reflect best practice in permanency. Looking for a strong leader with knowledge of statewide and national trends. Position requires an LICSW credential or equivalent and 5 years’ experience in child welfare and permanency including supervisory and administrative experience.
