My name is  Rosa C Ipuz. I am originally from Colombia. I came to the U.S. about 9 years ago. I came here for many reasons. I have had many challenges, more than expected.  My intention has always been to work hard to learn English. I have learned that learning English is not easy. I have found that love for music has helped with the learning of English. I enjoy singing in the Berkshire Concert Choir, and I have had the opportunity to participate in other choirs.  I enjoy working with older people and children. I was a teacher in Colombia.  When I first came to work in restaurants and gardens.  Now I continue learning by taking classes at BCC. Last semester, I took  Oral Communication and Medical Terminology.  I want to pursue a career in medical interpretation.
