Woodworking

One of the first things you learn in woodworking is to keep your hands to yourself because machines have no conscience and they do bite. After many years of this vocation I’m still learning and growing now. I like to do hand woodworking without machines.

Cooking

Even when I was in the military, I never ate in the chow hall. I’ve been cooking since I was 18 years old and I would make my meals in my small little kitchen (even though the military provided good meals). My specialty is my grandmother’s recipes, which were German. My favorite Rolanden.

Thoughtful

I never forget a person’s birthday and I always send a card. I have a paper with everyone’s birthday in it, it’s my birthday book. I’ve been sending cards for 30 years. I like to share- I’ve bought food and shared it in public and in TRIO.
