I have many skills in Art. In all of my work I can decide how I want it to look. I can decide on the colors to use or do I just want it in black and white. How do I want the composition?
In graphics I have to decide what to say about the picture does it tell me anything? In photo shop I can take things in the picture or take things out of the picture. I can also make the picture brighter or darker. You can change anything to how you want it to stand out.
In my abstract work it is just free. You can do as you want and just feel it and hope people like it.
In Art I learned how to deal with critical thinking. Many people can be critical of your paintings but what critical thinking to one is not critical in someone else. It is all in the eyes of the beholder.
