I chose to write about the Norman Rockwell’s painting Home for Christmas for Critical thinking. I chose this this picture because it is such a nice Painting of a happy family having a nice Christmas get together around the table to share a nice meal and to appreciate the company and all they have.
I also wanted to point how critical thinking can be used in this picture. I am not a big critical thinker, but you can say there are family’s around us that haven’t got much to eat or even a place to stay. It was a very sad thing for many families. I like to see the good all the time and don’t want to dwell on the bad and see paintings how they appear to me.
