Over many years of my life I’ve gained many skills that I can use in life. Some being creativity, active-listening, empathy, open-mindedness, problem-solving, and work ethic. At my job at market 32 I always have problems once in a while, I can easily find solutions to these problems though. Since starting college I’ve worked on gaining more skills. Because I am full-time in School and have a part time job but work over 30 hours a week it is very hard to manage my time. Because of this difficulty I’ve learned a new skill on managing time, so hopefully next semester balancing school and work will be easy. Throughout my whole life though I’ve always struggled to comprehend things that I read. I have to read things at least 5 times to fully grasp what it’s saying. Since starting college I’ve had to read a lot more. Specifically because of my English class. Because of this class I started to comprehend things a little better. College has taught me new skills and I plan to gain more skills as I work my way through school.
