Skills

While I hold myself to an accountable number of skills to list a few I have confidence in would go as so.

  • Reliable

I would consider myself reliable for many reasons. Between previous job experiences and my own work in school I have had the ability to be someone others understand can and will do the work. I have a terrible weakness of being unable to say no to others and fully take responsibility for any work put on me. I treat everyone I meet with respect and with full intention to help them as much as possible.

  • Eager

I’m an eager person. I always look for the next item on my agenda and work as diligently as possible to complete everything. Although I’m prone to procrastination I have not ever failed to complete something to the ability I want it to be at. This also factors to learning. I love to learn and experience everything in its farthest potential and mingle my past knowledge with the new.

  • Optimistic

I have very high optimism or hopes for any project or work. I like to keep confidence up in myself and any group I work on. I don’t consider the negatives first and try my best to focus on the bright side of every scenario. I believe this helps me mentally perceive my work in a better light and I’ll have an easier time getting through it.

  • Leader

Although I don’t like to consider myself a leader. I’m a shyer and quieter person, I will bring myself up to this role if need be. I’ve found in group scenarios where there isn’t equality in voices heard or roles being taken over, I’ll do my best to take a commanding charge and pull out of my introverted ways. When work needs to be done, I don’t just set a goal for myself, I set goals for everyone. I make sure the group is on track as best as they can and if work still isn’t being done, I’ll take care of it myself while still boosting morale and work speed.
