On Saturday, November 1, 18 BCC adjunct instructors participated in a morning workshop led by Dr. Barbara Walvoord on “How Well Are More Students Learning? Assessing Student Classroom Work.” The session began with an exploration of key issues that faculty experienced in their classrooms. I enjoyed and benefited from the session very much. It is a rare chance to meet and dialogue with colleagues as a part-time faculty member, so the experience is always appreciated and valued.
