Here’s a little bit about the Forum in March.

It’s a little confusing but here’s the different support emails, who they help, and what sort of issues they help with.

• onlinehelp@berkshirecc.edu – student hardware, software, Moodle, Zoom … any and all tech questions from students should be directed here. (Please share this with your students)
• moodlehelp@berkshirecc.edu – faculty Moodle, instructional technology, teaching, and learning questions should be directed here.
• IT_Help_Desk@berkshirecc.edu – faculty issues with everything else that is not Moodle, teaching and/or learning-related should be directed here.

Ultimately you can reach out to anyone and we will help forward it to who can help you.  You should hear from the CTLI folks soon!
