Blurb: This is a recipe my Irish mom would make. She married into an Italian family but was always proud of her Irish heritage. Making this Irish Soda Bread is a tribute to her. Whenever I make it or post a photo of it, so many family and friends comment how much it reminds them of my mom and how much they love it (and her). I hope others enjoy it too. BL
