Darkest Dungeon

Incredible world building with great characters and well-integrated themes of cosmic horror and morality.

 

Look Outside

Some of the best character writing in any videogame I’ve ever played. This on top of the perfect setup make it my favorite game OAT.

Team Fortress 2

The only first person shooter you can play that actively encourages you not to take it seriously. A good third of my hours are probably from goofing around on 2fort.

 

Stardew Valley

It’s just very relaxing.

Bryan Scary

Each album tells a story, my favorites being Daffy’s Elixer, a series of western-themed tales, and Flight of the Knife, which is a set of songs about airship pilots.

Barry Uhl

Manic and aggressive. Great music for spinning around.

Louie Zong

He’s funny and often ties in cute themes. “Byte Ballads”, one of my favorite albums of his, is a set of vocaloid songs that are all about digital life.

Lena Raine

She’s genuinely one of the greatest composers ever. Starjump and Creator are personal favorites.

Nero’s Day at Disneyland

Barry’s manic energy and Bryan’s storytelling, cranked to a million, blended in with breakcore and noise music, and spun into a critique of herd mentality capitalism. Pretty good stuff. Turn your volume down before you listen, though.

King Crimson

I have a deep love for progressive rock, and king crimson is undeniably at the top. In The Court of the Crimson King is one of the greatest albums ever made, with its grim dark aesthetic and symbolic lyrics. My favorite song of theirs is The Night Watch.
