Welcome to another BCC Blog!

This is a work in progress as students in the AHS 155 Stress and Your Health class contribute information about stress.  Topics will include the nature of stress, including the physiology and effect of stress.  Also, students will be exploring and sharing strategies and relaxation techniques to help manage stress.  Please check out the “About Us” tab.  Here, the students introduce themselves.
