Habitat for Humanity

Location: In and around Pittsfield. Sites vary.

Schedule: Saturdays 8am-1pm

Volunteer with Neighborhood Revitalization projects. They are similar to regular house builds. Depending on the date BCC students are scheduled to work, activities may include: working on flooring, laying foundation, carpentry for a deck, or painting. We promise that nothing is too technical—and of course there will be a construction supervisor and Habitat staff on site for guidance. Habitat is willing to work with people with any level of experience.
