Online Exhibits

The Book Art Project  By Benigna Chilla’s past students.  JUST IN –  THE NEW EXHIBIT at the Intermodal Center.  Yes, Berkshire Community College will present the exhibit “Art of the Book:  Visual Arts Class Projects” from April 1 to April 30 at the Intermodal Gallery in Pittsfield.  Gallery hours are from 2:30 to 4:30 pm Mon., Wed., and Fri.  The show features student work from classes taught by Professors Benigna Chilla and Lisa Griffith. The exhibit is presented in connection with Pittsfield Reads!, a community reading project focusing this year on Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. Selections from the collection of World War II memorabilia of Darrell English, a lifelong collector whose materials have been featured in exhibits at many institutions, including the Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center in Springfield and at BCC.

Picture1Introducing our newest online resource – Ebrary. 

Ebrary is an online Library of 20,000 books accessible with your library card.

Click here .  If you are on campus, you can sign into Ebrary to use all of it’s features byclicking the sign in link on the top right hand corner and typing in your  Jonathan Edwards Library Card number and your last name.  If you are off campus, you will need to sign in when prompted, before gaining access to Ebrary.

Once you sign in, you can store texts in the Bookshelf, highlight sentences and even post notes to pages.
