Süddekor LLC is a rapidly growing rotogravure Printing and Treating supplier of decorative paper in the laminate industry with manufacturing plants in Agawam and East Longmeadow, MA.

Treating Facility – East Longmeadow, Massachusetts

Süddekor LLC’s plant in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, offers for the first time in the North American market a single source supplier for finished, treated papers. Süddekor, traditionally acknowledged to be the design authority in the surface laminate industry, now boasts state-of-the-art treating equipment and technology.

Bringing treatment into the Süddekor fold saves money and provides efficiency by eliminating transportation, enhancing scheduling, improving quality control issues and decreasing lead times, thereby reducing the complexity for laminators.  The East Longmeadow plant currently operates three state-of-the-art Vits treating lines and offers a variety of proprietary overlays for high and low-pressure laminates.

We are currently seeking a qualified Electro-Maintenance Technician to work in our East Longmeadow, MA facility.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Perform on-going maintenance on all production equipment and the general building as required.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment on a weekly basis.
  • Troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Identify potential problems and addresses them accordingly by working with Production, Engineering, Quality and/or Environment Health & Safety (EHS).
  • Respond to all maintenance calls and make repairs as needed for continuous operation of the equipment.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels with the utilization of the spare parts database.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for needed supplies.
  • Create and close work orders on a daily basis to keep an accurate history of completed and pending tasks.

 Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of PLC’s, VFD’s, Servo’s and plant automation systems.
  • Multi-craft/multi-skilled in electrical, electrical controls, mechanical & pneumatics
  • Working and practical knowledge of plant utility systems is highly desirable
  • Associates degree in Electrical Technology or associated field from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 5 years applied industrial controls experience; Siemens Step7 strongly desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Substance Abuse Recovery Support Staff – Orange Recovery Home for Men – Orange

Several Schedules Available:

  • 28 hours a week 2nd shift. weekends  and Thursday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • 16 hour a week support staff every other weekend and two shift during the week 11 pm to 7 am.
  • 40-hour position 11:00 pm – 7:00 am every other weekend on

Primary responsibilities are to assist in the day to day operations of the program.  Ability to handle confidential information and understand, empathize and work with the addiction population.   Assist with intakes, admissions, and discharges with prospective and current residents.

Recovery homes serve as transitional residences for men 18 years of age and older who are in the early stages of substance abuse recovery. We provide a lightly structured, drug-free environment. This supportive environment is maintained through 24-hour staffing and case management services. The social model and milieu encourage house residents to provide one another with a culture of recovery, support, sharing, and positive peer role modeling. The programs are built on the philosophy that each individual must learn to take responsibility for their own recovery process.

  • Experience working with a mental health/substance abuse population.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
