Part-Time Hours: 5.5 Hours per day, 27.5 hours per week/ $15.60 per hour

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing Hub and sort activities.  They are accountable for ensuring packages are supported accurately and loaded onto appropriate trailers for movement to next location.  This position supervises part-time inside manual employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing employees loading and unloading UPS trailers. Responsible for reviewing operational reports daily supporting productivity, performance, and service

Knowledge and Skills:

• Requires cognitive and leadership skills required to manage employees. Computer skills are required to review, monitor, and manage operational commitments supporting operational compliance.

Supervision:

• Must be able to effectively conduct training, supervise and direct employee’s responsible for processing packages in operation.

Problem Solving:

• Must be able to reconcile challenges daily involving employees and operational commitments.

Communication:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in a diverse working environment with subordinates, peers, and superiors that influence a cooperative and productive team effort.
