MENTAL HEALTH OUTREACH RECOVERY COUNSELOR-CBFS – Greenfield

ServiceNet is seeking an outreach recovery counselor to work with our community based flexible supports (CBFS) services in Greenfield. This position is full-time Tuesday through Saturday.
Recovery Counselors play an integral role in our client’s recovery. In this position, you will provide and assist program participants with information and strategies to support and maintain participants’ individualized recovery goals. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team promoting a recovery-based model of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience working with people in a recovery-based model of care preferred.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support participants in developing and reaching their personal goals.
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position and CPR.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
