We are seeking a part-time counselor (25 hours per week) to work in a therapeutic after school and summer program with an outdoor adventure component in Northampton. Pathways is a program for youth ages 8-18 who have been referred by the Department of Mental Health.

We are looking for a thoughtful and caring individual, with a strong desire to enrich the lives of young people and make a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest and/or course work in social work, psychology, education or related field.
• Interest in arts, sports, DIY projects, the outdoors or other hobbies.

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position and CPR.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• One (1) year commitment and a positive attitude is a must.
