Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is seeking a Supervisor to be responsible for the operations of the Dish Room. This role manages the Dish Room staff and ensures all daily tasks are completed in accordance with Dining and Food Services regulations.

Essential Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Industry or Service experience
• Proven team leader
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and provide direction
• Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, general food service operations and health codes
• Ability to manage conflict
• Positive and upbeat attitude a must!
